Maple: This is a true Canadian beef jerky! Made with maple syrup tapped from a tree stand on St Joseph's Island near Sault Ste Marie, this jerky is indeed a real sweetie.

Cracked Pepper: Bay Meats' newest addition to the jerky collection thanks to a LOT of customer requests! It’s spicy, but not hot and very, very flavourful. Not only will you taste cracked pepper when you bite into a piece, you’ll also see them.
